The room was excellent and recently updated. It came with an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV. the overall vibe was really quiet and relaxing! 😊.

We found everything good, totally recommend it to others. The hotel property was intimate with marvellous and incredible location not far from the spanish square and the most famous monument, piazza del popolo and many tourist places, restaurants and shops. Courteous staff, the atmosphere was quiet, we had excellent stay.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. They even allowed me to make flexible check-out arrangements. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the shopping area, with lots of high end stores in close proximity. the metro station was just a minute's walk away, making it easy to get around the city. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with lots of information about the city and the best places to visit. the rooms were modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.

The breakfast is the only thing that could be improved. Although it was across the street, the breakfast was very basic and not up to the standards of the hotel.

The city was lovely during Christmas. We were pleased with the free wifi and the convenient airport transfer the hotel provided. The location was amazing! Just a short walk away we could find some of the most famous sights, restaurants, and shopping streets. We also enjoyed the coffee maker in the room, it was a nice touch.

The noise levels were unbearable. Due to the thin walls, we could hear every conversation and every step of our neighbours.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to a metro station and all the major attractions. Despite being so close to the station, it's still quiet. the rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable. the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. the service is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is small but good, and there are coffee making facilities available in the room.

There's some noise from passing cars, but earplugs are provided.

We had a wonderful stay in this city center hotel. Best aspects include its ideal location just a minute's walk away from the Spagna metro, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were great, from the modern and beautiful interior design of our room to the efficient AC that kept us cool in the heat. the staff was kind and helpful, and even allowed us a late check-out and storage for our luggage after we checked out. a fantastic experience.

Worst aspects? Hard to think of anything.
